Research Grants
The Self, Virtue & Public Life project funded eleven new research projects at approximately $190,000 per project. Projects must focus on themes related to the self, virtue and public life. Research teams must be interdisciplinary and meet the requirements of "Deep Integration," as defined in the Request for Proposals.
Letters of Intent were due December 1, 2018. Full proposal invitations were issued by January 15, 2019 and received by March 15, 2019. Subawards began on August 1, 2019 and will end on May 31, 2021. Awardees will participate in two grant-sponsored conferences to share their research, and may be invited to submit contributions to a special journal issue.
